SUMMARY OF SALIENT FACTS
Improvement Description

The Kings Crossing Town Center buildings are A+, high-end retail/office buildings patterned after the "Old Town Center" German architecture of years past and are unique enough to have been featured recently in the monthly magazine, Architectural Review. Considerable time and effort has been spent by Friendswood Development Company and KCTC, Inc. to apply only the highest standard of construction for this development, and, so far, it has proven to be extremely successful with wide acceptance within the community of Kingwood.

Tenants

Considerable care has been taken by KCTC, Inc. to hand pick only the most desirable and best suited tenants for this development. Several are national credit tenants; most are successful existing Kingwood and Houston businesses who recognize the demand in Kingwood for high-end, upscale commercial/retail property. The few that are start-ups are adequately stable financially, and have particular expertise in their individual areas.

Property Identification

KCTC's buildings are strategically located within the "corridor" planned as the Kingwood Town Center. This concept, initiated by Friendswood Development Company is intended to achieve several goals:

- Provide a "central" community location in Kingwood for municipal and special events

- Provide much needed diversity in business choices and community needs

- Provide facilities and services previously lacking in Kingwood
